Crazy Charlie's Bean and Beef Chili Recipe - This beef and bean chili recipe takes under one hour and is a great crowd-pleaser. We've made this with and without the ground beef- it's great both ways!

* 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
* 1 teaspoon olive oil
* 3 cloves garlic, crushed
* 1 1/3 cups chopped onion
* 2 yellow bell peppers, chopped
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon chile powder
* 1 tablespoon ground cumin
* 1 3/4 teaspoons white sugar
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
* 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained
* 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained
* 2 (14.5 oz) cans stewed tomatoes
* 1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans
* 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
* 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
* 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
* 16 oz sour cream

1. Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until brown. Drain and set aside.
2. Coat a large Dutch oven with cooking spray, and place over medium-high heat. When pan is hot, cook the onion and garlic in olive oil until the onion is tender.
3. Add yellow pepper and cook until tender.
4. Season with salt, chile powder, cumin, sugar, and cloves.
5. Add kidney beans, black beans, stewed tomatoes,and cannellini beans.
6. Pour in water to cover. Bring to a boil, then stir in the meat and tomato paste.
7. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 35 minutes.
8. Remove from heat and stir in the vinegar.
9. Serve hot topped with fresh cilantro and sour cream.
